Biltong is a traditional South African snack some compare to beef jerky. It originated from the European settlers who needed to preserve their game meat. Only simple, natural ingredients are used to make our biltong; resulting in a delicious and nutritious snack with no sugar and high protein. Our curing process takes up to 18 days and allows all of the spices to infuse into the meat, giving the biltong a tender texture.
